What are your coaching offers?
I offer 1:1 online call sessions. Depending on your current needs, they can last 60 or 90 minutes. Just send me an email and we’ll work it out.
I also offer email coaching. This means you get to send me your questions or describe your situation in an email and I will reply with a comprehensive email.

How much do you charge?
My hourly rate is € 60 per hour. If needed, you can book a 90 minute session as well.
My email coaching is charged € 30.
All coaching offers have to be paid upfront due to the nature of my booking service. I process full refunds for cancellations that I receive up to 2 hours prior to our call. For any cancellations within 2 hours, I process a refund but keep 25% of fees to cover my costs.

Are you coaching internationally?
Yes, I coach with you whereever you are, if we can match our coaching times with the given times zones. I’m based in Ireland.
You can book calls with me from Monday to Sunday. I try to offer weekend calls on at least one weekend a month, to help accomodate for people who have difficulty being available during the week.

How does your email advice work?
Some of you feel more comfortable sharing your feelings and questions in a written form. I enjoy reading your written words. Even if they are a bit longer sometimes. Be sure to add enough detail so I can make sense of your situation and include your questions. I will send you a detailed and personalised reply with some orientation and answer your questions.
If you’re interested in this format, please send me an email and we’ll agree on the rest.

Who do you coach?
I don't choose you. You choose me. If you think I can help you, we can work together. I’m not picky! You don't have to have ADHD, an eating disorder, or any label for that matter, to qualify to work with me.

How Do You Coach?
I describe my approach as Compassionate Coaching. It’s about creating a safe, judgment-free space where you can be honest, even if your thoughts feel too sensitive or controversial to share elsewhere.
I understand that times are hard, especially for those of us who feel things deeply. Not everyone can, or should, be expected to put on a smile. In our sessions, you don’t have to pretend. You can just be yourself.
My goal is to help you get clear on who you truly are, and then support you in building a life that feels aligned with that truth.
